1. Eligibility: The PETSALES $10K Launch Giveaway is open to residents of New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia, and Tasmania who are 18 years or older. Residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), South Australia (SA), and the Northern Territory (NT) are not eligible to enter.Participants must complete KYC verification (after platform launch) to claim the prize.

Entry Requirements: Participants must pre-register on Petsales.com.au between October 2024 and MAY 31 2025.Participants must visit the PETSALES Instagram account: @petsales.com.au_official,then:Follow the account.Share the $10K giveaway post to their Instagram stories, ensuring it is visible to @petsales.com.au_official.

3. Prize Details: One winner will receive $10,000 AUD, awarded 15 days after the first full month following the official launch date. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash alternatives or other prizes.Petsales reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway or prize as necessary.

4. Draw and Winner Notification: The winner will be randomly selected and notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Petsales reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. Conditions of Participation: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Petsales to use their name and image for promotional purposes related to the giveaway. Participants must comply with all platform requirements, including: Completing KYC verification after the platform launch. Breeders must be registered with their respective state, and all participants must comply with animal welfare standards.

6. Disqualification: Petsales reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: Fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Provides false or incomplete information. Engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

7. Verification Requirements: Winners must successfully complete KYC verification and meet all eligibility requirements to claim the prize. Failure to complete these steps may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Prize Delivery: The $10,000 AUD prize will be delivered via bank transfer to an account in the winner’s name.Petsales is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete bank details or external banking issues.
